Integrative health practitioner, Rachel Schinazi began her medical studies in 2002 in New York, continuously enriching her knowledge of alternative medicinal practices while persuing her Doctorate. Rachel is a wellness expert with 15 years experience in yoga, meditation, nutrition and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her unique approach is based on 4 core principles :
